Hello and Welcome!

So you've reached the gorgeous age of 50 or 60 or 65 or 95. Here at Tall Angel Portraits we believe now is the time to celebrate YOU and all you are and all you are striving to be. For those of us are lucky enough to be on the planet right now at this age we are at a cross roads, we are old enough to know it wasn't always so easy to be a woman and especially a woman of a certain age, and we are young enough to know we can now be whoever we want to be albeit with society still catching up to the fact that we are no longer invisible.

Here at Tall Angel we think every woman over 50 is powerful, and fun and intelligent and beautiful.

We believe all women over 50 have a story to tell and we want to tell that story in images!

TELLING YOUR STORY...

"Once upon a time there was a unique individual who..."

For your photo shoot the first thing that happens is a consultation...we talk...we find out about you...who you are...why a photo shoot right now...and if you don't know, that's fine. You don't need a reason. You are the reason. You have reached a time where you realize you need to have time for yourself, celebrate yourself. You need to consider yourself as important as everyone around you. You are aware life is not as long as you once thought, and if not now...when.

After the consultation, from which we have found out what you like about yourself, and what you don't. And I don't care what age you are, unfortunately in this society over the age of six you are likely to feel you have flaws. We think the only flaw is society but more of that later...for now, it's about you! From the consultation we have got a good idea where we will be photographing, in the studio, in the woods, in a field, at the beach and from here we discuss wardrobe. We will have several outfit changes and these will be based on what you love BUT we are here to point you in the right direction - this is about living it up and expanding your view. Feel most comfortable in sweat pants - great but they will be the most gorgeously styled sweats you have ever worn and the next outfit will push it up a notch - maybe all the way up to red carpet glam! Never seen yourself this way? Now is not the time for timidity and we are here to make sure it all works! We will choose several outfits, create a mood board of ideas so on the day you are there to relax and live it up!

DAY OF THE PHOTO SHOOT

And you are not going to have a worry in the world on the day of the photo shoot as you will be whisked into a chair, and pampered with coffee, tea or a glass of mimosa and some sweet treats. Then the makeup Artist takes over! 45 minutes later - voila! On to...

The Photo Shoot ...this is not your typical photo shoot, this is about creating a day you will remember. This is about stretching the imagination, about living out loud, laughter and exploration and fun! And also creating angelic magical images that will transport you back to a different time, and remind you of no-limits on those days when reality takes over.

AND WE ARE STILL NOT DONE...

Two weeks after the photo shoot will be the reveal! We will meet in person at the studio or by zoom and I will reveal GORGEOUS IMAGES, fully retouched, and ready for your decision. You'll be wowed and amazed. How will you choose? We will work together to decide what images you want printed and we want it big and framed! Or what images you want made into the most beautiful coffee table album, a treasured legacy! Or a portfolio box of images so beautiful you won't be able to stop staring!

When the images are hung on a wall or the album is placed on the coffee table...every day you will be able to look back and be astounded by who you are...but our hope is more than anything you will remember how fun the experience was!
